How to Buy Online – (We sell worldwide)
- Simply click on the Buy this Item button located to the left hand side of the product you wish to purchase.
- A form will appear towards the bottom of the page which you should complete, in full, and return to us by pressing the Send Request button.
- We will then contact you to confirm the delivery price and provide details of the various methods of payment available to you.
- If you choose to proceed, payment must be made, in full, within five working days from the date of our confirmation e-mail.
NB: All items will remain available to buy on the website until payment has been received in full. Once payment has been received, the item in question will be shown as Sold on the website and will no longer be available for anyone else to purchase.
How to Reserve an Item Online – (Work in Progress area only)
- Simply click on the Reserve this Item button located to the left hand side of the product you wish to reserve.
- A form will appear towards the bottom of the page which you should complete, in full, and return to us by pressing the Send Request button.
- We will then contact you to confirm the purchase price (including delivery costs but excluding any fabric costs), an estimated completion/delivery date, information on how to choose a fabric directly from The Unique Seat Company or supply your own fabric and finally, details of how to pay the £50.00 deposit required to Reserve this Item
- If you choose to proceed, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 must be made within five working days from the date of our confirmation e-mail.
NB: All items will remain available to reserve on the website until the deposit has been paid. Once paid the item in question will be shown as Reserved on the website and will no longer be available for anyone else to reserve.
Payment Options
Paypal: Up to the value of £750.00. If you choose this payment method then an invoice will be sent to you and payment will be made securely through the Paypal website.
Cheque: Within the United Kingdom only. Please allow 10 working days for the cheque to clear.
Postal Order: Within the United Kingdom only.
Cash: Payment in cash is also possible (within the United Kingdom only) if you are collecting an item in person although this is strictly by prior arrangement only.
Delivery Costs
Below are a list of approximate delivery costs based on a large, single item of furniture within the United Kingdom and some countries outside the UK. Please note that smaller items of furniture eg. piano stool will be considerably less.

NB: Insurance is included in all delivery costs. If cushions are purchased at the same time as furniture then there are no additional delivery costs for the cushions.

Ireland £150
France, Belgium & Luxembourg £275 - £375
Germany, Holland, Italy & Austria £375 - £475
Spain & Portugal £475
Switzerland £675 plus £25 Customs paperwork plus 7%
Cushions:
1-2 Cushions - Special Delivery (Next working day before 1pm) £12.00
3+ Cushions - Special Delivery (Next working day before 1pm) £25.00
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all items within 14 days of payment (UK only). Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to despatch it quickly.
Please note that items bought from outside the UK may take longer.
