A good example of this is when Helen Honisett of Nether Edge, Sheffield approached us for a quote for her beloved antique wing armchair. The chair had been upholstered several times by previous generations of Helen’s family and now required an update due to looking tired after years of excessive use and unwanted attention from the family cats.
Helen chose two velvet fabrics from Linwood’s Omega II range – Royal and Tango. This Italian velvet is a fantastic addition to Linwood’s range of fabrics as it is stain resistant, hard wearing and washable (loose cushions only). As Helen has a young family these attributes were really important when considering fabric.
